Fitbit One not syncing

Ever since I updated to the latest version of the app in the middle of August, my tracker won't synch. It's really frustrating. I've tried everything, from re-setting, restarting, etc, with no luck. Can someone help?

Hi @IamRuth, welcome to the Community Forums!

I appreciate the information that was shared in your post, thanks for troubleshooting this prior to posting. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know which Android mobile device you're currently using? Also, when was the first time you experienced this? If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check how the syncing procedure works here and see if there's a missing requirement on your Android mobile device that's preventing the syncing procedure to be completed.

Also, you can try to the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: Why won't my Fitbit device sync? and let me know how it goes.

Keep me posted, I'll be around if you need anything else.

Thanks for your help. I have a Moto e4, and it has the most current
operating system. My Fitbit was doing just fine synching until I was asked
to install the latest platform in the middle of August. Since then, it will
not synch to my phone for more than a few minutes at a time. I've
uninstalled/reinstalled the app, restarted the tracker, turned on and off
Bluetooth, restarted my phone - all multiple times in different orders.
Sometimes the app can find the tracker for a short period of time, but most
of the time it can't find it at all. To me, it's pretty obvious the problem
lies with the new software update I had to install and I don't think the
problem is on my end. Can you help?

You're welcome @IamRuth, thanks for your reply and update. Sorry for the delay in responding.

Thanks for taking into consideration the troubleshooting steps that were shared on my previous post, your effort and patience troubleshooting this are appreciated. Let me share with you that the Motorola Moto E4 is not currently listed as a compatible device with our products and services, therefore, you may experience certain connection difficulties with it.

I'm aware that some users are able to use non-compatible devices with our Fitbit products, however, we cannot ensure a proper function of all its features due to this compatibility concern, Fitbit app, Android and device updates. So we can move forward with this, can you please try the syncing process with another device that's compatible and with your computer?

Let me know if you have any additional questions.
