Fitbit One will not sync

My Fitbit One will not sync since 1:43 p.m. on 11/25/16.  The tracker is fully charged, my app is up to date and I have not switched to the new dashboard.  Nothing is working.  What is going on?

The first thing to try when a fitbit misbehaves is a restart. It does no harm and can sort out all sorts of issues - including syncing problems. Here's how:

Give it a few tries though as it doesn't always work.

Restarting the device worked perfectly the first time.  All is well now.

I did this yesterday and it worked just fine. Then this morning, it's back to not syncing. Do I hate to do this everyday? I don't have a computer at home. I was reassure by several people all i needed wad a Smartphone with the app.
