I have an Alta, my phone is a Samsung Galaxy s6. I've been trying since Wednesday to sync my fit it with no avail. I went through every single trouble shooting steps, multiple times and nothing worked. Heck, I've even uninstalled the app, reinstalled it, turned my bluetooth off and on and restarted my phone multiple times. Nothing works and this isn't the first time I've had issues. My phone is up to date, I just want it to be fixed. Please help. 😞

You mention restarting your phone without success. Have you tried restarting your Alta using this procedure:

If so, how many times did you try it? It's known to not always work and it's recommended to try it at least 3 times.

Thank you so much, that procedure for restarting the Alta worked! ☺ For reference I did do it more than three times through out the day to restart and whatnot. I'm just so glad it worked. Thanks again!
