Versa 3 - Like to DISABLE the set up Wallet feature. Fitbit doesn't accept my card. Very annoying reminder constantly flashing on my device to set up wallet😖

Took me a while to figure this one after perhaps 5,000 notifications from my Versa-3 that I didn't have a card set up and would I like to add one? No, I don't, and that's very much why I didn't do it on the previous 4,999 notifications.
Solution:
1. On a desktop machine, log into your account on fitbit.com and click on the little cog in the top-right hand corner which causes a little pop-up menu to appear.
2. In the pop-up menu, click on the 'Versa 3' menu item (should be the first menu item) and you'll enter the device control dashboard for your Versa 3.
3. In the dashboard, there's a menu on the left-hand side of the screen. In this, click on the 'Versa 3 / View Device Settings' menu item.
4. A set of items will appear on the right hand side of the screen, starting at the top with 'REMINDERS TO MOVE' and finishing at the bottom with 'FITBIT PAY'.
5. Click on the little (^) on the right-hand end of the 'FITBIT PAY' menu entry.
6. A button labelled 'DEACTIVATE FITBIT PAY' will appear out of nowhere. Click this button and, in the confirmation box which appears, click 'CONFIRM'.
7. Sync your watch with your mobile app, then power down your Versa 3, and when it powers back up again, it should stop continually annoying you to add a card when you clearly don't want to.
This is a fine example of a dark software pattern intended to annoy or mislead consumers into doing what your technology supplier wants you to do, rather than what you want to do. More on dark software patterns here:
