Best AnswerHi, @wuc656 welcome, unless you are in Taiwan and your card is Taiwanese and (I suspect) your Google account is recorded with a Taiwanese location you may be coming up against the changeover to Google Wallet. I recommend contacting "Customer Support" to work through points 1 & 2 then using the Chat facility or (better) the phone. You should have the previously mentioned info to hand before making contact.
