Fitbit Pay say contact issuer
but issuer say contact Fitbit

error message: "卡片遭拒,請聯絡您的發卡機構。"
The error message translated from Chinese to English using chatgpt is
"Your card has been declined. Please contact your card issuer."

Hi, @wuc656 welcome, unless you are in Taiwan and your card is Taiwanese and (I suspect) your Google account is recorded with a Taiwanese location you may be coming up against the changeover to Google Wallet. I recommend contacting "Customer Support" to work through points 1 & 2 then using the Chat facility or (better) the phone. You should have the previously mentioned info to hand before making contact.

I am in Taiwan and my card is Taiwanese and my Google account is recorded with a Taiwanese location too.

Hi, @wuc656 , thanks for the feedback, have you reviewed What should I know about using my Fitbit device to make contactless payments? - Fitbit Help Center If you are still stuck I can only suggest you contact "Customer Support" After completing steps 1 & 2 use the chat facility (or better) the phone for prompt attention.
