My Fitbit is new and I got it as a gift on October 26th, but with barely any usage, the strap immediately broke and the Fitbit fell and the screen cracked a little in the corner. This was after nearly no usage and should not have happened. Is there any way that I can get my screen or Fitbit replaced or fixed? Please help me I have had a Fitbit for nearly 7 years and am a constant customer. This is the first time my strap has ever failed

try getting with customer support. There are no repairs for these devices.
