Let me help you figure out what is going on with the run being tracked.

 

In this situation, I'd like to ask some questions to better understand what is going on:

  • What Fitbit are you using?
  • What are you doing whenever this happens?
  • Are you seeing something on the app's screen or the Fitbit's display or is it showing up as a recorded run randomly?
