Fitbit Versa 2 Notifications

I haven't been receiving any notifications on my fitbit versa 2 and it's really annoying especially when I'm walking to school and I don't have free hands to check notifications from my parents. I'd really hope this gets fixed soon.

Hi,

What phone do you have and how long have you had the watch?

Some simple things to check and do.

that you are not in sleep or do not disturb mode, check in watch Settings

that your phone is connected with the watch

In the phone Fitbit App

Click on profile photo [top left]

Device photo [middle left]

Sync -

See when last synced

Try refresh by touching circle

it should say "a moment ago"

Also try restarting the watch [and phone too possibly]

Logout of Fitbit app [click profile photo, top left, scroll to bottom]

Shut down watch [ Swipe left, Settings, at the bottom,

About, at the bottom, Shutdown]

Restart phone

Start watch [Hold button till it vibrates and wait for Logo and clock to appear]
