Versa2 is not syncing with my Android phone. I’ve followed all suggestions. Sometimes is is about half my steps, other times it appears to show a cumulative total. Today it shows 119000+ steps!

I followed your advice without success. Today I decided to take my Fitbit back to Where I bought it from. I changed the bracelet back to the original one . It starting syncing correctly. Don’t ask me why!

Hi @OldParkwalker - first thing to try is
Logout of the Fitbit App, clear the storage cache and force stop it and swipe off the active window.
Restart the phone and watch and sync fully as seen by the green status bar at the top of the app..
This may cure it.

@OldParkwalker do you have Mobile Track enabled? People have been ocaisionly experiencing many many extra steps
