Fitbit Versa 3 and app not communicating

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I have the Samsung S21 Ultra 5g and all of a sudden some of my favorite watch face has an error on undefined and a face by same developer I get the error app needs internet access. The widget which normally shows me by step is saying I need to access the app to update or something like that now I have to tap it to see anything. To resolve this issue I uninstalled the app, and set up versa 3 again. Please advise

@ClaudiaG55 Hi there. Thank you for the details mentioned.

I appreciate the troubleshooting tried prior to posting. It seems that you installed a third-party clock face, some of them have permissions that you need to allow in your app, to do so:

  1. With your watch nearby, in the Fitbit app, tap the Today tab

     > your profile picture > your device image.
  2. Tap Apps or Clock Faces.
  3. Tap the app or clock face whose settings you want to change. You may have to swipe up to see some apps.
  4. Tap Settings or Permissions.
  5. Tap Back or Details when you're done making changes.

Regarding the widget on your app, let me know if you're still getting this error message, if you do, attach a screenshot of it to your next reply.

Hope this helps.
