Fitbit Versa: Weather won't sync!

I can't get the weather to sync with any of the clock face options. Using the android app on Samsung Galaxy Note 8. Searches have recommended turning on all day sync, and that's on. Help!

Also, everytime I go to the Weather App Settings, the app crashes and goes to white screen.
