The is a continuously syncing it is not completing update in the versa device , it only show a blue bar on the screen of the versa once it had syncing for a very long time but still it not completing. Using Bluetooth or wi fi .I have refresh all the process of set up in my app but still no respond.

I'm sorry to hear you're having problems getting your Versa to sync with your Samsung J3 phone.
I was taking a look at the list of compatible devices (you can check it here) and it seems that the Samsung J3 is not a compatible device.
When it comes to devices compatibility, keep in mind that the two devices that are for sure not compatible at the moment are the Huawei P9 Lite and the Huawei P8 Lite.
For all other devices, if they're not on the list of compatible devices, you might be able to sync with them but we don't guarantee that the functionality will be optimum as we are still testing on these phone models and due to the large number of Android and Windows devices, our team has not yet tested all of them.

Advice please. Synced versa with Samsung galaxy j3 at setup all seemed fine. Next day will not sync.any suggestions please?

I wish it would have stated this list on the box before I bought it, I had the charge 2 for years and works just fine. I just wanted to upgrade to a bigger screen,, very not right, It does sync sometimes and others it does not and notifications sometimes and most of the time not. I thought the J3 was on the list that is actually from Fitbit, I have the J3 2016 .
