Fitbit Versa cannot sync with Samsung Galaxy S8+

Fitbit app on my Galaxy S8+ has refused to sync with the Versa since the latest update. I reinstalled and rebooted the both app and Versa but the problem is still not be fixed. The sync problem did appear in last two major updates... I think turning off the automatic update of Fitbit app is the only way we can prevent the troubles.

Also having problem on receiving notifications on the Versa after updating the app. 😞
