I have a problem with the clock versa. First, the time on the watch was delayed and the synchronization was not updated. Then they couldn't pair with the phone. I restarted my watch. It didn't help. I made the factory settings. But the watch still cannot pair with the phone. Now there is only the Fitbit sign on the clock. and information to run the fitbit app on my phone. The Fitbit app on your phone is turned on. And still the phone can't find a watch to pair. Can you advise?

What do you mean by "pair with phone" @its_lucietvrzo
What error message do you see?
Are you trying to setup the tracker through the Fitbit app? Not through the phones bluetooth?
Yes doing the unnecessary factory reset will require you to run the add device routine
