Tried for days to charge to no avail bought new charger no different. Held all three buttons in still dead any advice please.

Try going through fitbit's troubleshooting guide for charging problems at Help article: Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging?

 

If that doesn't help then, as it says at the end of the guide, it's probably best to contact customer support.
