Fitbit Versa not receiving notifications

I was receiving notifications in my versa great and then it just stopped, i have uninstalled the app, i have removed the versa and reinstalled it.  I don't know what else to try

Hi there @Rjwfit, great to see you have joined the Fitbit Community! I'm sorry for the late response and I noticed you are not receiving notifications in your Versa. How it goes so far, is the issue persisting?

 

It was a good idea to uninstalled and reinstalled the app to address this issue. If the issue continue, don't forget to update your Fitbit app to the most recent version, for more details refer to this post

 

In addition, give it a try to these suggestions: My Fitbit device isn't receiving notifications from my phone.
