Hello, I just received a fitbit versa for christmas and it is not staying connected to my wifi. I downloaded the app and did the system update with no issue, now I'm trying to change the clock face and the app keeps popping up that there's no internet connection. And I go to wifi settings and reconnect via the app and the wifi disconnects within 10 seconds or so. I've done a reboot of the watch and have removed and redownloaded the app
Best AnswerI am having the same issue with mine and my wife's. But it seems to be the bluetooth as well as the WIfi that keeps dropping out. I have found very limited options on the bluetooth link between phone and watch. Un able to fix the connection between the two or have the ability to change and settings such as changing the audio to the watch to listen wirelessly off the watch unit not the phone hand set. Also does anyone know of there is a feature where I can change the broadcast name of the versa as having two and both with the same connection IP address you can never tell if it's your device you are connecting to, very frustrating.
Best AnswerI can't even get the Wi-Fi screen to load ita ridiculous. So I can't connect and not only that it won't sync to my phone at all now. I had a surge and I never had a problem but the versa seems more troublesome
