Alcatel syncing issues. I have had the Versa for about 2 months, it has only synced 3 times, it took me hours to get it set up in the first place. I would like to know why the sudden problem with connectivity, it's like tgey just threw the Versa out there without getting all the bugs fixed or even trying, I have had fit bits for years and used the blaze with the phone I currently have with zero issues so why is the Versa having so many, Bluetooth, Android, and Fitbit are all updated, I have no problem with any other devices, so what is the issue.

It could be because none of the Alcatel phones are currently on the supported devices list. This means that the app has not been fully tested and optimized to work with those phones and thus issues like this may arise.
While the app can work as long as the phone meets the minimum requirements, Android 4.4 and Bluetooth 4.0, there is a possibility that some issues will happen. Some users of phones not on that list have mentioned that going through these troubleshooting steps helped them, so it's definitely worth a try.
