Very disappointed fitbit. I have been a fitbit user since fitness trackers came out 8 years ago. The fact that my versa will not work with my P10 tells me I need to go to another type of watch/device. Huawei is a standard popular 1 year old phone. Its ridiculous to not be compatible.

Hello @TCDa, nice to see you have joined to the Fitbit Community and thank you for your feedback regarding the compatibility of the Huawei P10. Your comments are valuable for us and I understand your disappointment, especially after you have been part of the Fitbit family for too long.
As you may know, when a device is not listed as compatible, doesn't meant it won't work at all. However whit mobile phones that are not being listed, is because we haven't tested its compatibility to guarantee all features will work as are designed.
With Huawei phones, in the past have shown some issues in the bluetooth compatibility to sync the Fitbit trackers. I'm not saying is an issues or flaw in this mobile phone, just to clarify. Nonetheless we are working hard to add more mobile phones in the future for the convenience of our users. Unfortunately I do not have an estimated timeframe of when are going to be available in the case is determined this phone will be supported.
For more information, please review this help article: Which phones and tablets can I use with my Fitbit watch or tracker?
If I got more news or updates, I will let you know.

So its now 2023 and still these issues are occuring. I bought a charge 4 in april 2022 and to start with all features worked. Then it became flaky and this has got worse and worse. I have a huawei P10 and have many other devices that successfully pair with it. The charge 4 doesn't. I have no hope, after investing in this tracker that this will be addressed because my model is seen as 'old'. It is not, nor ever has been fit for purpose, given the age of this post.
