Huawei P10 won't keep syncing

It won't sync regularly with my Huawei P10 phone, I've reset my fitbit, restarted my phone and switched Bluetooth on and off and occasionally it will work but it hasn't synced since 2nd Jan now. My phone won't display the fitbit charge 3 in available devices in Bluetooth . Any ideas?

Did this get sorted? I have been trying to get flaky sync sorted for some time and fitbit support have asked me to unpair other devices to see if that helps. The other things are not on all the time so why this would make a difference is a mystery to me. The charge 4 is showing as available but when I select it to pair it says pair in app... but the app doesn't have a pair feature (other than at initial install which worked fine). This sucks!
