My Fitbit versa stops syncing in honor 9 lite after couple of hours .

Every-time i have to factory reset the watch & uninstall the app from mobile phone and need to re-configure it again .

@Lovy @Jezok Welcome! Thanks for being part of our Community! Your phone may not be compatible to sync according to the following article:

 

"WHAT SHOULD I KNOW ABOUT USING MY FITBIT DEVICE WITH A HUAWEI PHONE?

Due to Bluetooth issues that prevent Huawei Lite models, including P8 and P9 Lite, from syncing with some devices, like Fitbit devices, our products are not compatible with these mobile phones."

 

You can still try these suggestions but I can't guarantee your phones will work with Fitbit devices.
