For the past few days the widget on my Samsung S8 keeps logging me out. Sometimes it allows me to log in, other times it says my email or password is incorrect (which it isn't) and it won't allow me to request a new password as it says there is a connectivity issue with FItbit. When I eventually do get logged back in, it shows over 95 unread notifications back to March 2018! Is this an issue with the app/the widget or my fitbit?
Anyone else experiencing this?

Nice to see that you're digging into the Forums @MrsAckyboo, let me give you a warm welcome to our Community.
That's odd, you should be able to access to the Fitbit app using the Fitbit widgets on your Android phone. Please try restarting your phone and try it again. Make sure the Fitbit app has been installed to be run from the internal memory.
By the way, I’ve moved your post to the Android App board to have a better chance to get the correct response for your inquiry.
Let me know how it goes!

I can confirm that the issue has rectified itself. I'm still not entirely sure what the problem was but thank you for your help.
