I've tried every step on the why is my fitbit not syncing but it is still not communicating. It was running fine until a few days ago. Please help

In that troubleshooting guide it suggests restarting your fitbit. Unfortunately this is known to not always work so it might be worth trying that a few more times.

Tried 3 times already and still not working. Is there a service centre that can look at the Fitbit

Fitbit don't have service centres. You might want to contact customer support who can advise of your warranty status and options: contact.fitbit.com
