Fitbit and Health Connect

I'm trying to sync my data with the Samsung Health app using Health Connect.  It says it's synced but some how only my heart rate is being sent to Samsung Health.  I've checked the permissions and cannot figure out what the problem is.

Hello @Najeerah 

According the Fitbit Status Dashboard website, there's currently a service disruption for the Web API that started around 30 Aug 2024. The service disruption description states: "Some users may notice data discrepancies or syncing issues between 3P apps and Fitbit. Our team is currently investigating the root cause of the issue."

I believe this is the reason why you're seeing data discrepancies between Health Connect & Fitbit. As noted, the team is aware of the issue and is working on a fix. However, I haven't seen a timeline for the fix.

For now, I don't think there's any troubleshooting you need to do. Hopefully, it won't take too much longer for the problem to be fixed. The resolution can't come soon enough for all of us.
