Fitbit and Huawei P20 Pro compatibility

I've just got a new phone which I'm 100% happy with except for 1 thing ... It's connection to my Blaze. Really struggle to sync and notifications have been sporadic at best. Scanned through the forum and seemed mixed reviews as to whether Fitbit has compatibility with Huawei but most posts are old.

This is the P20 Pro. Can anyone confirm this yes or no please. And if not are they doing anything about it?

In the meantime any tips as to what's best to do? Use my Fitbit for my job so this is a bit of a bummer. Ta

Sorry, that is not a supported device. The best that you can hope for is that some future Android app update fixes the problem. Otherwise, it may sporadically work or not work at all.

Hi there @Jojo369, welcome to the Community Forums! 🙂

I have to agree with @SunsetRunner. When it comes to devices compatibility, keep in mind that the two devices that are for sure not compatible at the moment are the Huawei P9 Lite and the Huawei P8 Lite.

For all other devices, if they're not on the list of compatible devices, you might be able to sync with them but we don't guarantee that the functionality will be optimum as we are still testing on these phone models and due to the large number of Android and Windows devices, our team has not yet tested all of them.

In the meantime, if you have another device that is compatible you can use it to sync your tracker or you can also use a PC as long as it has Windows 10 and a built in Bluetooth.

If you have more questions, let us know!

PS. I'm moving your post to the Android app board for categorization purposes.
