Hi there @IonicSyncink, welcome to the Community Forums! 🙂
I'm very sorry to hear that your Vivo v11 Pro is not working with your Fitbit Ionic.
I was taking a look at the list of compatible devices and it seems that this phone is not a compatible device for syncing at the moment. When it comes to devices compatibility, keep in mind that the two devices that are for sure not compatible at the moment are the Huawei P9 Lite and the Huawei P8 Lite.
For all other devices, if they're not on the list of compatible devices, you might be able to sync with them but we don't guarantee that the functionality will be optimum as we are still testing on these phone models and due to the large number of Android and Windows devices, our team has not yet tested all of them.
If you need anything else, we're here to help!
PS. I'm moving your post to the Android app board for categorization purposes.

Best Answerhow long it will take.. im sick of this buying a product worth USD 350 and using it as simple watch.. Why cant you team work fast.. I have seen your list also has not been updated too frequently
Best AnswerVery soon people will stop buying FITBIT for sure...
No support my VIVO V11 Pro is still not supportable and also OP2 is not supportable.
Do FITBIT compel us to buy mobile only which is supported by FITBIT by paying 350 USD
What a wast of money and irresponsible treatment towards customer from FITBIT why OS is not updated timely to get it supported by new device
Best AnswerUnfortunately no solution in sight. Fitbit team couldn't even care to respond. I'm not buying another Fitbit device ever!
