Hi I noticed 6 hours ago that my Fitbit app was completely blank and didn't show any details. No labels, no numbers. I force stopped and cleared cache and cookies. I restarted my phone. Tried logging in and faced with the message "fitbit.com is unavailable right now." Just tried logging in again, 6 hours later. Managed to login, but still a white screen! Is this happening to anyone else?

Only have the details after the top part of the dashboard. 🙁

Hi @Redpanda7 , It looks like a hick up on the Fitbit server. Try to synchronise a few times. That solved it for me this morning.

The first step I would have tried was to clear the Fitbit app. Swipe the app out of memory, then through the phone settings stop the app.
I run many beta apps, including fitbit, and these 3 steps usually fix a multitude of updated app problems

Same thing here. App looks ok this morning, but I'm noticing not everything is syncing & updating. I'm missing my sleep data from last night & resting heart rate updates. I've restarted my phone, restarted my FitBit & reset my bluetooth settings.... nothing. I guess, I'll wait for them to work out whatever bug was in that last update.

When I tried to open the app an hour or so back I got the set up / log in pages. When I tried to log in I got the fitbit not available message.
I just reinstalled the app. That got it back to its usual state.

Hi everyone! I apologize for the delayed response. However, thank you for participating in our Fitbit forums.
I would like to follow up and would like to know if your Fitbit app is still blank and unable to show the tiles. In the meantime, try the great troubleshooting steps that my friend @Rich_Laue shared. Also, make sure that your phones have the most recent Fitbit app version installed.
For the people that mentioned that the app is working now, thank you for sharing the update here and don't hesitate to let me know if anything unusual appears.
See you around guys!

This just happened to me today. Completely blank screen when I open the app. Not sure what to do. I turned off my iPhone & turned it back on & that did not work.

@PenguinStar I would uninstalling the app. Then turn your phone off for a minute or two. Then turn on phone and reinstall the app. Then turn the phone off again. Then see if it's looking normal. For some reason turning the phone right off seems to settle things in better. You shouldn't lose any data as it's stored on the fitbit servers.
Good luck.

Or try clearing cache or app data.
I would first try stopping the Fitbit app.
