Hello,
Probably since around July I discovered that the Fitbit App causes the sound quality from my car speakers to be really poor...
I have a Samsung S10, fitbit Ionic and Mazda CX5 2018 model.
I initially thought it was my phone but I factory reset it and added back my apps whilst listening to music in my car and as soon as I re- downloaded the app the sound instantly went bad.
Has this happened to anyone else or is there a fix available?
Thanks!

Hi @AimeeMay89, welcome to the Community Forums! Sorry for the delay in responding your post.
I appreciate the information and details that were shared in your post, thanks for troubleshooting this prior to posting too. To better assist you, can you please let me know if you have the All day sync feature enabled on the Fitbit app to constantly check your Ionic? This seems to be a Bluetooth connection interference between your mobile device, your car and the Fitbit. To see if All day sync is enabled, please go to your account, tap on the Ionic image and scroll down to find such option.
Let me know if you have any additional questions.

Thank you so much for getting back to me!
Yes I do have all day sync enabled, should I try and remove that and test?

You're welcome @AimeeMay89, your reply is appreciated.
Yes, please. Can you disable the All Day sync feature when you're on your car just to make a test? Please keep me posted and let me know if after disabling this specific feature your difficulties get sorted.
Looking forward to your reply.

Hello,
Is there any updates to this? I recently updated the app, my phone and the FitBit itself and still nothing.
I tried putting my fitbit on Do Not Disturb while driving and the difference was minimal.
Thanks
