Hi.
On Wednesday 01/22/2025 I updated the app and my sync is broken. Every time I try to sync pixel watch LTE with the app on my phone there is an error.
What I have done so far:
1. Reset the watch to factory settings
2. Re-installed the FITBIT app.
3. Gave additional permissions to the fitbit app
4. updated all apps on the watch
5. Installed previous versions of the fitbit app.
If you unlink the watch from the app and re-link it, it works and the app shows that synchronization has occurred. But it doesn't. No data is transferred to the app and further synchronization is not available. I also have a 0% charge on my watch. Please fix the error immediately, this is not acceptable and very seriously interferes with my struggle with excess weight.

In the app it says that the charge is zero (although it is not) and during synchronization an error occurs + sleep data is not saved.
