Whenever I try to log on my account it completely crashes. It allows me to go to the app to login and then as soon as I click “login” the whole app crashes and won’t open for even a second. I have tried deleting and downloading again. I tried restarting my phone. I even updated my phone and still have no clue what could be going on. What should i do?

Seems odd that the Fitbit app is crashing in such way when you try to simply login, thanks for troubleshooting this situation prior to posting. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know which mobile device you're currently using? Also, when was the first time you experienced this and how many times since then? In the meantime I receive your answers, please make sure that your mobile device is compatible with our products and services. Also, you try to login in your account from a different mobile device or a computer so we can determine if this is related to the app or your account itself.
