Had Charge 3 since January. It's never synced well, but is getting worse & worse. I previously had a Flex 2...never had a problem with that.
Charge 3 rarely syncs once a day now, even when I ask it to it won't. Have tried all suggestions, restarting, uninstalling & reinstalling, etc...nothing works. Am getting really sick of it now. It was purchased brand new, & it wasn't cheap either. 😢

Hi @Lindypops it's nice to see you again participating here in the Community Forums, let me give you a hand with your Charge 3 and this syncing situation.
Seems odd that you're unable to sync your device as the way we designed it, thanks for troubleshooting this situation prior to posting, I totally understand how frustrating this matter can be for you but I'm here to help you with this. That said, if you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check how the syncing procedure works here and see if there's a missing requirement on your Android mobile device that's preventing the syncing procedure to be completed. Also, you can move forward to the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: Why won't my Fitbit device sync? and let me know how it goes. Please make sure that your mobile device is compatible because due to a compatibility concern you can experience connection difficulties.
