Long story short my tablet was stolen. 😞
This tablet was paired with my Charge 2. I then downloaded the fitbit app on my laptop and discovered that my fitbit wouldn't sync. I went to my laptop's settings and found that my fitbit wouldn't pair to the laptop. The reason my laptop wouldn't pair to my Charge 2 was because my tablet is still paired with it. I tried restarting the fitbit, which failed. I then removed it from my devices on the app. I clicked "set up a new device", but since it is still paired with my stolen tablet, it won't connect to the Charge 2.
What am I missing?

Hello @Ash.R thanks for bringing this to my attention, welcome to the Community Forums.
I'm sorry to know that your tablet was stolen and that you're experiencing difficulties with the setup process of your Charge 2, thank you for troubleshooting this situation prior to posting. Let me share with you that this shouldn't affect the setup procedure with your computer, mostly because the information of your device is in your Fitbit app and not the tablet as itself, the only information that will remain in the tablet is the Charge 2 in the Bluetooth settings.
That said, if you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check all the information that's specified on: How do I set up my Fitbit device? to check if all the requirements are correctly configured to setup your device with your computer. Then, you can move forward to the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: Why can't I set up my Fitbit device? and let me know how it goes.
I'll be around if you need anything else, please keep me posted.
