Hi there @SunsetRunner. Thanks for sharing the details about the issue you're experiencing.

To better assist you and further investigate, can you please let me know if you receive an error message when the Fitbit app crashes? When was the first time you experienced this issue? Have you tried with a different phone?

While I wait for your responses, I'd suggest trying the steps below:

  1. On your phone settings, tap on Apps > Fitbit > Storage > Clear Cache.
  2. Go back one screen and tap on Force Stop.
  3. Uninstall and reinstall the Fitbit app from the Play store.
  4. Reboot your phone.
  5. Open the Fitbit app and log back in to your account.
  6. Try checking your sleep details one more time.

I’ve moved your posts to the Android App board for organization purposes.
