Date span not working for steps

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

The problem is using the android app either on my phone or a tablet.  When I go to the dashboard and hit the step count and then go to the square to see 1 month 3 month and 1 year stats the dates shown are wrong. Today  yearly shows from Feb 14 2020 to today; 3 month shows from Oct 28 2020 to today and one month shows from Dec 23 2020 to today.  Start dates are incorrect.  If I move graph one day earlier it shows correct start date.   This also happens with my husband’s account.  However if we go to the website fitbit.com the dashboard shows the correct date spans.

Hi, thanks for replying.  I have tried the steps you recommend but the same problem persists.  All devices are up to date on operating systems and fitbit apps.

I am using a Samsung Galaxy S8 and the Samsung Tab A.  My husband has the same problem with the Samsung Tab A.  I only recently tried looking at the steps in a month, three months and a year but everytime I look I have the same problem.

Is there any other information I can send you?
