Hi, app was working fine until I used one of the mindfulness programs. After this when tapping mindfulness tab it crashes - any idea why? Also does anyone know where eda scans are logged?! After completed mindfulness session watch said check app to see, but not a clue

Using a huawei p30 Pro on android 10.

I made sure all my data was synced and then uninstalled and reinstalled the Fitbit app. My best guess is that switching from one device and adding the new features for the Sense (for me at least) didn't work correctly. Giving the app a fresh start worked for me and I can access mindfulness again.

Dizzster,

I had the same exact problem. After using one of the guided EDA sessions, the app would crash. I tried everything and it did not work. I finally synced my data and uninstalled and reinstalled the Fitbit app on my phone. Works perfectly now!

You can check your recorded EDA sessions by opening the Mindfulness Tab and then clicking on "Your Journey" right under the chart. This will provide you a list of all your sessions including time, length, heart rate, number of EDA responses, and your response if you answered.

One thing that I did notice is that after completing an EDA session, my Fitbit Sense will inform me that no heart rate data was collected. Yet, when I check the session in the app, heart rate data is displayed.

Here the same issue after using a guided EDA session for the first time.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled the Fitbit app twice, but when tapping on rhe mindfulness tab it keeps on crashing.

Anyone another solution??

I have the same problem. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app, but the fix was only temporary. I really don't want to have to do that every few days. I hope Fitbit is aware of this problem and working on a fix.

Happening here as well.

One relatively easy fix I found to this is to log out in the app and back in, it seems to make the tile work for me. A bit better than remove and re-install.

The issue seems t re-appear on subsequent days and then another logout fixes it. Annoying.

I had the same problem and logging out and back in fixed it, thanks for that.
