Since yesterday evening my app crashes when selecting the activities tile. Looks like to coincide with the moment the heartbeat tile giving data again instead of greyed out. Probably data related issue. @LizzyFitbit can I check it out.
the respective tile

@LizzyFitbit, thank you for reaching out & providing welcomed guidance. Following the steps you outlined, the problem has been resolved.
In case it's helpful, the following provides the phone type & OS version information you requested: Galaxy Note5, Android Version 7.
Thank you, again, for your support. I'm grateful the application is now working as expected.

I resolved it. Reason was that my app didnt have access to location. A setting I need to approve on Android level. The app doesn't have proper errorhandling for it. When i allowed access to location it worked again

Thanks for the update. Unfortunately, it did not resolve the issue on my Android phone app. Hopefully, they're continuing to investigate & remedy soon. It worked fine until mid-day Thursday, April 23.

Thanks for sharing. Unfortunately, it did not resolve the issue on my phone. I am preparing to go out on my morning run which is the first run since the problem appeared. Hopefully, it will capture related data. It would be helpful if Fitbit staff would provide updates regarding progress and ETA for a fix.

Hi @Asnoeren. It's great to see you here again. @OGBob, welcome on board!
@Asnoeren, thanks for bringing this to my attention, as well for the screenshot provided. I'm glad that the Fitbit app started working and I appreciate you for sharing the steps that worked for you. I hope you can continue crushing your goals!
@OGBob, thanks for joining this thread and for your efforts in trying the steps posted above. May I know your phone's model and OS version? Since your post didn't mention, I'd recommend to try the following:
- On your phone settings, tap on Apps > Fitbit > Storage > Clear Cache.
- Go back one screen and tap on Force Stop.
- Uninstall and reinstall the Fitbit app from the Play store.
- Reboot your phone.
- Open the Fitbit app and log back in to your account.
- Try checking your activity details one more time.
By the way, I’ve moved your posts to the Android board so we can keep our forums organized.
