Thank you for your assistance everything you suggested made no difference however I have solved the problem lol

It was to do with the fonts, due to my functional blindness I had my fonts up near high, however the fitbit App does not allow larger fonts and unlike websites where you can spread your fingers across the screen to enlarge the fonts the Fitbit App does not allow this, so now can barely read the fitbit App...

Cheers

Hi @Danger_Mouse, it's nice to see you again in our Community Forums.

I am sorry to hear the Fitbit app crashes when you're trying to access badges. Thanks for the details shared and I am here to help. I recommend doing the following:

  1. Log out from the Fitbit app.
  2. Force stop the Fitbit app on your phone: Settings > Applications > find the Fitbit app > select it > select Force stop.
  3. Reboot your phone.
  4. Open the Fitbit app and log back in to your account.

By the way, I've moved your post to Android App board so we can keep our forums organized.

Let me know how it goes.

Hi and thank you..

I did exactly as you said, but made no difference

So I repeated the process only this time uninstall the App.

However this time took longer than usual to download and install...

Signed in again not only did App crash while accessing badges again but this time my whole mobile froze with me having to restart mobile...

Thank you for your reply, @Danger_Mouse.

I appreciate your efforts and the additional details. Since you continue experiencing difficulties, I recommend following these steps:

  1. On your phone, open the Settings app.
  2. Tap Apps > Fitbit > Storage.
  3. Tap Clear Cache.
  4. Open the Fitbit app and log in.

Please also confirm that the Fitbit app and your phone are up-to-date.

Keep me posted on the outcome.
