Fitbit app crashes

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.
My Fitbit app on my Amazon Kindle crashes when I click on the activity to see mote detail. It says 'there is no past activities' then throws me out. Although it shows I've done an activity (I.e. run or workout) I can see anymore info nor does it sync an activity over to mfp.
I've logged in and out, removed the app and reinstalled, set up as a new tracker, and forced a sync but nothing works!

It's great to see you in the Community @Louise1982! At the moment Kindle is not a compatible device. While many Android devices have a Bluetooth 4.0 chip, not all devices are able to be accessed by apps like the Fitbit App.

To see the latest list of supported devices, please go to the compatible devices list. If your device isn't listed, you can check the link at a later date to see if device support has been added.

Thanks for your understanding while we work to improve your experience. 🙂
