Hello,
since February this year I struggled with fact that Fitbit app did not count average weight.
Now I bought new phone and installed app there and I see huge gap between end of February and middle of September, when I
bought new phone.
These data are only in old phone and not synchronized.
I assume it may be cause moving my account under google account.
Is there way how to force synchronize data from old phone or at least how get them out from old phone in some text format?
Thank you

Best AnswerHello @Aaa2019
There is a known issue on the Fitbit side that affects our ability to see historical data. This affect users of multiple Fitbit devices, including the Pixel watch.
I've seen recent Moderator posts acknowledging the issue and that the team is working on fixing the problems. They also mentioned that an app update will be rolling out in the next few days. Keep checking the Play Store for the app update and install it when it's available.
I'll check back when I see confirmation that the update has started rolling out to see if it fixed the problem you're experiencing.

Best AnswerSo the issue with historical data from 8/27 has still not been resolved?
Best AnswerFYI - I cannot access the original thread from the end of September - "Dashboard Deleted Steps, Not Synching Properly"
Best AnswerHello @ferguson7246
As far as I've seen, the issue with seeing historical data hasn't been fully resolved. Several users have reported that they have been able to see some of their historical data, but reported that they are still missing data.
If the thread "Dashboard Deleted Steps, Not Syncing Properly" was in the fitbit.com dashboard forum, that forum was retired and archived. Any threads & posts in that forum are no longer viewable.
