I've finally had to uninstall fitbit app to try and prevent the excessive battery drain - over 20% in 1st hour and a half.  Battery typically dead by noon. Used to be good for 2 days.  Android phone. I need my phone to be charged for many other things.

I see no discussions of this here, although google search leads to some dead-end discussions.  Can't be the only one having this problem

Thanks for bringing this to my attention. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know which mobile device are you using? When was the first time you experienced this issue and how many times since then? After uninstalling the Fitbit app you didn't experience this battery drain situation? In the meantime I receive your answers, please make sure that you're using a compatible device with our products and services.
