My fitbit app constantly freezes. I have the latest version. when frozen I need to close the app for a while before I can start it up again. Any help would be appreciated.

Try to clear cache for Fitbit App
If you are an Android user go to your phones "Settings" -> "Apps and notifications" -> "View all Apps" -> "Fitbit" ->Storage and Cache -> Empty Cache

It is only the Fitbi app that freezes on your phone? Which phone model do you have, and Android version?

You just have to rewrite it, for some reason it is not allowed to write 15 (dash symbol) 25, you have to write 15 to 25, do not know why. Just rewrite it, I will understand what you mean.

Thanks - Yes it is the phone App which freezes. I have the Versa 3 Fitbit.
I have a Samsung Galaxy A22 Model No. SMA226B. Android version 12.
No other App on the phone freezes.
