Hello,
When I open the Fitbit app on my phone it is blank.
I have tried stopping the app, clearing the cache and restarting it, I have shut down my phone and restarted it.
I have never had trouble with my app before and need assistance please.

@JacG, if the app is blank, that means that it did not download the data from the Fitbit server. Are you sure you are logged into the app with the correct e-mail address? Try logging out of the app, open the phone Settings, select the Fitbit app and clear cache and clear data, and then Force Stop the app. Restart the app and log back into it. That should allow it to download the data from the Fitbit server.

I managed to clear cache and clear data, and then Force Stop the app. Restart my phone and the app loaded on the login screen, I logged in and synced my app.
All seems to be working now, thank you so much for your help

I have iPhone and Fitbit opens to a blank (white) screen. I have refreshed app, deleted app and reinstalled, ensured my email is accurate and still blank page. I have installed recent Fitbit updates .. now what???? Help please. Please be specific, I am not a “techy” person. THANK YOU.
@Arlene01, hi, you are posting on the android app but looks like you need help for ios. If you look to the upper left of this 'home' page you should see the word platform. Select that then select ios, and you may find better information there for you. Cheers.

I got mine working again by logging out of the app, force quitting the app, turning off both the bluetooth and phone for 2 minutes. Then turned on the phone and bluetooth. Then logged back into the app.
I had the same problem but when I try to log in I get fitbit.com is unavailable. Please try again later. I also went into play store to fitbit and I cannot find the app.
