Why does the Fitbit app crashes down on my phone in Vivo V5?

I just wanted to let you know that I have moved your post from the Versa board to the Android app board, since I think that here you will be able to see more related topics about the Fitbit app.

 

Now about the issue you are experiencing, I would like to know if the instructions provided by our friend worked? In the meantime, I recommend verifying that you have internet connection at the moment of opening the app.
