I just received my Fitbit Inspire 2 and the apps do not seem to be available on my phone or my computers.
Phone: Samsung Galaxy S7
Computer 1: Windows 11 Home
Computer 2: Windows 10 Pro
It's not that the app is not installing, on my phone it says "Your device isn't compatible with this version", and the Fitbit app does not even come up in results on my computers.
There is no point in having the Fitbit if I don't have access to my stats. Any tips? I am not going to be buying a new phone or computer any time soon. Will I have to return my fitbit because it's now useless?

Fitbit is the only app I'm aware of that doesn't keep the old version for earlier Android versions available in the Play Store.
