Fitbit app is not showing my data

Charge 2 android app not showing steps, only calories. When I try to edit to add steps there is no tile available. Tried deleting & re-installing, turning off bluetooth, restarting phone & Charge 2. Nothing works.

A couple of thoughts I have, @Fluxweed 

 do you have a tracker connected to your account. Without a tracker, fitbit will not be able to count steps 

Check your main goal. 

1. Tap the Today tab B
2. y tapping the icon in the top left.
3. Tap your device image.
4. Tap Main Goal, and choose your goal.

@Fluxweed Welcome to the forums. I will gladly help you set up your Fitbit Charge 2 with your account. As @Rich_Laue mentioned, when there is no tracker associated to your account, core statistics, such as "steps", will not be shown.
