Today the app isn't showing time spent in my custom heart rate zone, the display has changed.

Any ideas?

Hi, @GailMinter , welcome to the community, can you please let us have more information? Which activity are you engaged in? How did you start recording your exercise (was it via auto-recognize or did you use the "exercise" icon on your Fitbit device?) which Fitbit device are you using, and how long have you had it?

Let us know by posting here again.

Cheers

Thank you.  I am using a LUXE and I have had it since December 2023.  I don't register an activity/exercises, I just review my activity at the end of the day.  From the 'Today' page on my app I used to click the 'heart' under 'health' and it would show me a review of my day using the zones 'fat burn', 'cardio', 'peak' and my custom heart zone which I set, giving me a graph for that day.

Now I get 'light', 'moderate' and 'vigourous' and it doesn't show my custom zone and the graphic is very different.

I really need to know my custom heart minutes so have been feeling very anxious this week.  I have tried re-installing the app but that didn't reset the display.

No, still got the moderate, vigorous etc. I've tried deleting then
reconnecting the app, the device etc etc.

I have same problem. Something has changed in the app recently. I've been using the app with my Inspire HR for 5 years to record my fat burn / cardio / peak exercise minutes per day, and now all the data is not showing.

This is the main thing that I use my Fitbit for, so I would really like the app fixed ASAP.

When checking the fitbit app reviews on play store you can see a large number of unhappy fitbit owners following the latest September upgrade. Can only hope fitbit/google take notice and 'fix' it at the back end. I don't think there's much or indeed anything we as owners can do sadly.

I agree. I tried to use the support email address listed on the app but got a response telling me they don't do email support anymore and I should go here.

Really? Look at their market cap.

Same issue here (Charge 5)...very unhappy about the last update of the Fitbit app. The display should visualise the time spent in 'custom heart rate zone', just like before. It was a very appreciated option! Additionally, the display currently is too 'zoomed out' as it has the y-axis showing too low heart value (e.g. 25). Please restore the correct 'zooming' as it used to be before, with a more realistic lowest value around 40. Thank you Fitbit for (hopefully) listening to your customers!
