Fitbit app isn't showing heart zone readings

I select walk via my Fitbit charge 4 app not my device, when I select finish and check my walk details there are no heart zone readings showing, so I can't see my fat burn, cardio etc?

 

I have on my device heart notifications to on but still nothing? It worked for the 1st few days then stopped, any ideas how to fix this please?

Thanks for the information provided. Can you please provide me with a screenshot of this? Make sure to go to the exercise you just did and check the heart rate information.

Hi, it wont let me upload a screen shot, basically when it was working after I selected finish on my App the walk showed 2 readings, one showing my route and another one above this showing , cardio, calories etc. 

This is now not showing for some reason
