Suddenly my Fitbit app on my phone isn't showing my steps when I open it.  It's working on my laptop.

Can anyone help?

Hi there, @swimmerjen. Thanks for stopping by in the Community Forums and sharing the details about the issue you're experiencing.

Have you tried syncing your Fitbit device or logging out of the Fitbit app? If you have, please try checking if the step tile hasn't been hidden by mistake. To do so, follow the steps below:

To add or hide stat tiles:

  1. On the Today tab, tap Edit.
  2. To add a stat tile, swipe down and find the stat you want to add, tap Add. To hide a stat tile, tap the X icon on the stat you want to remove.
  3. Tap Done.

I've moved your post to the Android App board for organization purposes.

The app on my phone has never shown my total step count unless I run a Health Report. 😑

I had the same problem, try opening your phone settings and open Bluetooth, under my devices, click sense connected and make sure you have share systems notifications on. These steps are for ios

The steps tile and sleep tile no longer show on my fitbit app.  They show on my computer.  i tried the suggested fix and there are no stats showing to add these tiles.  Help!
