i don't know what to do about this.. my fitbit app on my Samsung Galazy s 7 keeps crashing when ever i try to load my sleep history.
it's stuck at 7 hours 3 minutes on the dashboard. on any date that i go back to, and ive looked at months worth of history.
i've tried restarting the blaze, the phone, the aps, i've tried force stopping in the phone controls. nothing seems to be getting JUST the sleep history to work.
how do i fix this?

Hello @CapNKirkland are you on your dashboard or on the log page of your sleep?
When does the app crash, you mention sleep being stuck. Now if your looking at the dashboard you will notice that none of the lower tiles change date.
To see past sleep please tap on the sleep tile.

pressing on the sleep tile is what's causing the crash

Same here. Whenever I try to see my sleep log, the app crashes. Not amused.

Have you had any updates to the Fitbit app or the Phones OS?
Have you checked that the Fitbit app phone have the latest updates applied and restarted the phone

Happening to me too. Samsung S7 Edge, Android Oreo, Fitbit app updated to latest version.
It's only just started today. I swapped from the Alta to the Versa so was interested in REM, light sleep, and deep sleep measurements. I can look at the overall pattern but any attempt to drill down in the app causes it to become unresponsive and a pop-up to send feedback, (I've sent two), and a restart of the app.
A hard reset of the phone does not rectify things.

Checked both phone and Fitbit app... all software is current.
Restarted phone again, with no luck.
Same issue.

The suggestions here to edit the sleep log and save in the app have worked for others.
I edited my data in the desktop app and synced. It seemed to have worked so far in terms of data analysis. The app on my phone however continues to crash when I look at the data closer.

After editing my sleep log on the desktop app and resetting my phone and Versa yesterday, all is in working order this morning.

@CindyMindy00 are you looking through the web desktop on the Mac, or that Fitbit app in the phone?
As for the fitbit phoneapp, have you made sure that it is up to date?
