Fitbit app keeps crashing on solo adventures

Hi I need some help please I'm doing the pohono trail in solo adventures mode and anytime something along the trail shows up I click it and it kicks me straight out of the app I haven't been able to see progress etc without it crashing

Welcome on board @Pauly2019! If the issue continue and the app keeps crashing, make sure you have Wifi or mobile Data always On when you are using the Fitbit app. Sometimes the app will crash while is loading information that require internet connection.

Additionally, I'd recommend to clear the cache of the app: log out from your Fitbit app and go to your phone settings. Access to the App manager option and look for the Fitbit app in your downloaded apps list. Once you are there, clear the app cache and data and proceed to "Force Stop" the app (This may vary depending of the Android device and the OS version). Finish the workaround by restarting your phone. When your phone has initialized, go back to your app and try again.
